We have trained over 4000 professionals in 400 workshops that we have conducted so far. We are committed to providing continuous learning platform for participants of our workshops. We have created a vibrant community to share and learn experiences beyond workshops with monthly meetups. Our trainers will be present at these meetups every month and are available to help you with day to day challenges.
Practically performing the tools and techniques rather than providing theory. Videos that were shared during the training were well select and were apt to the scenarios. Activities and the sample projects were well designed and helped me in better understand the trainings.
Highly interactive sessions by Satish (the instructor ) and therefore fosters learning. Dwelt on in depth Product management concepts which is a great learning beyond day to day Product management roles and beyond the basic Scrum process. Good mix of participants such as Product managers, Scrum masters, developers etc - It always ended well in time
More emphasis on Product management and Product owner rather than about Scrum. Presenter, sathisha's, Clarity of thought regarding the subject.
Learning was fun and practical. Group exercises, games and practical approach in creating product development gave a new perspective of Product
I understood how a product is envisioned and it's planned for release...end to end. I liked the concepts of Cost of delay, cost of production, Impact mapping, user experience mapping, user story mapping/pampering to arrive at the product road map. Especially, these concepts were explained with an example that made everyone to relate to and understand quickly. The activities further enhanced the understanding and created lot of practical questions which were answered fully.
The training room was very innovative. There is no way that we cannot be involved. The trainer was awesome. This is by far the best training I had.
Very impressed with the Facilitator, the way he handled the workshop. As a beginner with no prior experience in Scrum model, this workshop helped me to understand not only the roles & responsibilities but what a PO should be capable of. The Assessments and Assignments with case studies helped me to actively participate and be a part of workshop.
The session was interactive, not very text-book oriented as a result of which was very enjoyable. I loved the bit where in Satisha spoke of 'own' experience
The fact that the session was run like building a product, right from the vision statement. The mode of delivery of the trainer, time boxing activities, not straying out of the backlog item, keeping team in check, punctuality. The meticulous preparation for delivering this training - the charts, handout, prep work, post its etc
Thinking, discussing and passionately clarifying questions in the context of the Product Owner responsibilities. Example case studies. Following a pattern to cover the subject in a sequence
The training was extremely to the point and conducted keeping the interest high Though the topics were to the point, its very much detailed out with different example and scenarios The trainer is extremely knowledgeable and conducted and commanded the session as PO :)
The training program itself was used as a case study & live example to learn/reinforce the key concepts. Instructor was well prepared and took lot of pains to prepare great posters/flip-charts/videos etc. well in advance of the course start. The case-studies and group discussions were both insightful as well as fun. Instructor also stressed on punctuality and discipline
Approach using CSPO training workshop itself as project to understand the concepts was too good. The videos, examples, time management/punctuality , exercise was good to understand the concepts.
Workshop was conducted as a sprint and not regular as regular PPT session. The content discussed during the workshop was In story format which grasp at faster rate and practically relate and remember things.
The Approach of the workshop was awesome - The Use of Scrum methodlogy to run the workshop against the regular PPT walkthroughs was very nice. The Examples and the activities really helped to understand the concepts quickly. The ambiance and the quality of the workshop was top class and would love to attend future workshops :)
Satisha's NO BS attitude. It helps. trust me. Learn by doing. This applies even to me as a current P.O [not proxy :D]. I think I see a community? and I bet that's deliberate.
No PPTs. Satisha's brilliance in keeping us guessing every single time as to what happens next. Simplicity. Colour markers and sheets of paper alone to walk us through every session. One of the best workshops I have ever attended. Will always stay in touch with lean pitch via the monthly meetings.
Engaged participants 100% of the time in learning through examples, activities and role play that made us think and absorb the concepts - Very well planned and professionally executed by knowledgeable experienced instructor, used layout of the room and diversity of materials so it was never boring - The use of sprints for workshop topics was a nice idea
Trainer has very rich experience as a Product Owner. Very nicely articulated the processes through pictorial representations. The infrastructure was awesome and every participant has enjoyed the learning in the workshop. The live examples shared during the workshop are very informative and as a PO can leverage these and prevent happening with their projects.
