We have trained over 4000 professionals in 400 workshops that we have conducted so far. We are committed to providing continuous learning platform for participants of our workshops. We have created a vibrant community to share and learn experiences beyond workshops with monthly meetups. Our trainers will be present at these meetups every month and are available to help you with day to day challenges.
For the first time the importance was on learning without the emphasis on Test and PPT. The Mental Model was introduced and how to break a mental model was explained. It discussion was about the benefits of Scrum and how it is useful. More emphasis were to accept the change rather than molding the process for the organization and change the organization to accept the change.
No PPT mode works really well. Real life examples gives a practical scenario to understand things in the right way. Trainer was passionate about the topic and that could be felt in her discussions which helped me connect well.
The team activities were very helpful to get insight into the scrum process. No ppt helped to visualize situations. Apeksha patel is the best tutor/product owner to make the team understand scrum process efficiently.
We worked as a Scrum Team which helped understand playing Scrum better and made it more fun. Real life examples and case studies added value to the workshop. Class size was ideal and knowledge of Satisha helped us excel in the quizzes (which I thought was awesome!).
Method of workshop was very much unique and was very interactive. The workshop itself was planned as per Scrum methodologies and hence it was very easy for us to understand the concepts. Videos presented by our Product Owner :) (Apeksha) was much related to our workshop. Apeksha was having very depth domain knowledge and experience about Scrum and Agile methods.
Workshop covered all important aspects of Scrum and Scrummaster role with good real life examples which made it easy to understand. Trainer had good knowledge of what to teach and how to. Like PlayScrum cards which are pretty good for a revision of things discussed. Material given was good. I liked the PDF shared which is very good for read like a story reading. Thanks for clarifying all doubts.
What I liked the most was the way it was conducted especially without PPT's. The way it was organized including the various boards located at different locations and the sheets covering various topics. Also commendable was the depth of knowledge, experience and expertise the trainer had without which it isnt easy to coach at this level and with such quality.
The presenter Apeksha was a phenomenal in her approach and she was spot on during the workshop. This was not a traditional presentation kind of workshop but it was hands on, so we could understand the concepts clearly and more importantly there were many mental models broken during the workshop.
The way the workshop was conducted in an actual agile environment - real life examples. Trainer (Apeksha Patel) was too good. She made us understand the concepts so well that while answering the assessment, I recollected what we discussed, what we did in one particular scenario and answered the questions.
The trainer was on her toes all the time and very self sufficient. Truly Agile!!! The content and topics delivery was well planned and executed Concepts were clarified with good illustrations etc.
Apeksha was great as a trainer as she has real life experience implementing scrum. She kept the training lively and it was fun to learn sessions.
The training material and pre-requisite materials were provided timely There was no time killing activity, all work done in period had a particular reason It was swift and informative sessions
Well organised hands on workshop Perfect Usage of color pens, so very important words/concepts were sculpted/marked on our mind as well as brain. Apeksha mam's training skills are awesome. So, we found easy to grasp the concepts.
